Exchange Policy for Online Orders (if applicable)
- There are two ways of exchanging your items: in-person (CANADA,MTL) or by mail.
- You are welcome to exchange your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached with same packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You may exchange for any item of the same price or more expensive.
- If item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit.
- Once your package is received and inspected, we also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a certain amount of days.
- Shipping costs for exchange are not included. A additional fee will be requested of:
$18.50/ Canada (NL, PE, NS, NB, ON, MB, SK, AB, BC, YT, NT, NU)
$12.50/ Canada (QC)
$23.50/ United States
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ariabyaa.com and we will check the availability of the product for you.
- If you prefer to exchange in person, please contact us at info@ariabyaa.com to book an 'Exchange Visit'. We will get back to you with location/address and appointment within the next 48 hours.
- ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MAY BE EXCHANGED.
- ALL ACCESSORIES REMAIN FINAL SALE ( NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NOR REFUNDABLE)
Exchange Policy for In-Store (Pop-Up) Sales
- Items purchased in-store are non-refundable, exchangeable only.
- All accessories are considered final sale.
- Policy applies within your 7 days of purchase.
PROCEDURE:
- Email us at info@ariabyaa.com regarding your exchange and we will get back to you within the next 48 hours with a document to complete.
- Upload & Complete Document, please then forward us back this file.
- You will then receive a confirmation email with your shipping label once the request is approved. Shipping costs for exchange are not included.
Order cancellations and price adjustment
- If you wish to cancel your order, you're welcome to do so within 12 hours of your purchase.
- We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
